A simple way to migrate IceWarp to Microsoft 365 for multiple users is by using a tool that supports batch migration through IMAP. IceWarp mailboxes can be accessed using IMAP credentials, which allows migration utilities to connect and transfer mailbox data directly to Microsoft 365. In one example I experienced, a team used the SysInfo IMAP Backup Tool to move several user accounts at once. They prepared a CSV file containing the credentials of all IceWarp users and uploaded it into the tool. After that, the software connected to each mailbox and started transferring emails to Microsoft 365. The migration kept attachments and folder structures unchanged, which helped complete the migrate IceWarp to Microsoft 365 process smoothly for all users.
