Hi everyone,
I’m looking for a small bass amp mainly for home practice, but I’m not sure which one would be the best option. I don’t need anything too powerful—just something compact, good-sounding, and suitable for practicing at low volumes.
What wattage should I be aiming for in a home practice amp? I’ve read that even small amps (around 3W–25W) can be enough for practicing at home , but I’m not sure what works best in real-world use.
Are there any specific models you’d recommend in terms of tone, portability, and value for money? Also, is it worth getting an amp with built-in effects or just keeping things simple as a beginner?
Thanks in advance for your suggestions!
