I have been exploring Customer Data Cloud lately, and it feels quite different from traditional Salesforce certifications. Instead of focusing only on CRM features, it’s more about identity resolution, data unification, and managing customer profiles across multiple sources.
As I moved forward, things started to become clearer when I began combining theory with scenario-based learning, especially while reviewing different use cases and working through Salesforce CCD-102 practice questions during my preparation. That helped me understand how data flows, identity matching, and segmentation are actually tested in real exam situations.
Right now, I feel like understanding the overall data architecture is more important than memorizing features. Still exploring the best approach—would be good to hear how others are preparing for this one.
