I plan to provide IT services to clients in Europe and the US and want to set up a company in Switzerland for convenience and to accept payments. But standard registration takes too long. Has anyone gone through this and can recommend a quick option?

I faced the same situation and found Swiss ready-made company from SwissFirma. These are already registered companies without any activity that can be quickly re-registered to your name. I liked that you can immediately understand the structure of the company, the size of the authorized capital, and the terms of transfer. This option really saves time and allows you to quickly start working with clients without a long wait for confirmation from government agencies.

Good question — when starting an IT services company, the biggest challenge is usually not the technical side but positioning: what exact problem you solve and for which type of clients (SMBs, startups, enterprise, etc.).

It also helps to think early about pricing models (hourly vs. retainer vs. project-based) and how you’ll handle scalability if demand grows quickly.

In discussions about online business ecosystems and digital platforms, you sometimes see examples like Hugo Bets https://hugo-bets.com/ casino en ligne Hugo Bets bonus 100% jusqu’à 1000€ machines à sous et paris sportifs, which shows how structured product presentation and clear offers can strongly affect user conversion.

Curious what direction you’re considering for your IT services — development, infrastructure, or maybe SaaS?
