Noticing more product damage lately, what should I change?

I don’t know if it’s just bad luck or something in our process, but over the past month I’ve seen more items getting slightly damaged during delivery than usual. It’s not a complete loss, but enough to make customers unhappy, which is the bigger issue. I’ve been trying to learn how to improve transport protection by reading a few posts and discussions online, and it seems like even small adjustments in packing or stacking can make a difference. The problem is, everything sounds easy until you actually try to apply it in a busy routine. I feel like we’re missing something simple but important. Has anyone gone through this and found a fix that actually worked without slowing things down too much?
