Has anyone else noticed screen mirroring from iPad to Samsung TV getting super laggy lately? I'm not using any cables — just trying to mirror wirelessly. At first, it was smooth for things like slideshows or YouTube, but now there’s this crazy delay between the iPad and the TV. It's fine for static stuff, but for videos or even just scrolling, it’s borderline unusable. Curious if it's just my setup or if there are known workarounds?

I ran into that exact same issue when I tried connecting my iPad to a Samsung Frame TV. At first, it seemed like my Wi-Fi was the problem, but I tried it again at a friend’s place with a way better router and still had lag — especially with streaming apps. One thing that made a big difference for me was switching the mirroring method entirely. I was relying on AirPlay at first, but then I found this alternative: connect iPhone to Samsung Smart TV .That page walks you through some options that don't depend on AirPlay and honestly, the performance is smoother. I ended up using an app they mention (MirrorMeister), and while it’s not perfect, it eliminated the worst of the delays. Also, pro tip — make sure both devices are using the same 5GHz network, not the 2.4GHz. It makes a bigger difference than I expected. Let me know if that helps!

I’ve had similar issues but thought it was just my older iPad acting up. I haven’t tried any third-party apps yet, but switching to 5GHz sounds like a good idea. Will test it out tonight.

Yeah, that lag can be really frustrating wireless screen mirroring sometimes slows down due to network congestion or outdated firmware on either device. You might try resetting your Wi-Fi or updating both your iPad and TV software to see if it helps. Honestly, for smooth streaming or watching content without delay, a good phone with strong performance can make a big difference. I recently checked on Whatmobile about the Vivo V26 Pro Price in Pakistan, and it seems like a solid option for this its AMOLED display and powerful chipset make video playback and casting much smoother, especially when multitasking or mirroring content.
