I play well in practice but choke in close games of 8 ball pool the pressure makes me rush shots. What mental routines or breathing techniques helped you stay calm and consistent under match pressure?

Do you have a pre-shot ritual that clears your head and improves focus? Practical tips on pacing, visualization, or simple warm-up routines before competitive matches would be really helpful for regaining confidence in clutch moments. Any real examples from players who overcame this would be motivating.
