Hello,

I’m currently looking into solutions that can help us digitize, structure, and make searchable a large volume of legacy business documents—mostly invoices, purchase records, vendor contracts, and a mix of scanned PDFs and printed reports.

We want to move away from static folders and shared drives, and toward something that allows for better searchability and document retention for audit and finance workflows.

If you’ve used any tools that helped with this, I’d love to know more. Specifically, I’m looking for platforms that offer:

  • Clean digitization of scanned or printed documents
  • Searchable output with metadata and tagging
  • Support for large historical archives
  • Easy integration with our existing file systems or document management tools

We’ve come across this digital archive software that looks promising for handling older records, but still early in our evaluation.
