Looking for a fast game to disconnect after stressful workdays

Hey everyone, I wanted to ask something because I’ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed after work lately. I don’t always want to watch videos or scroll my phone because it somehow makes me even more tired mentally. I’m looking for something super simple that I can open quickly in the browser and just play for a few minutes to “reset my brain”. Not something story-heavy or strategy-based, just pure fast gameplay where I don’t need to think too much. Ideally no installation, no accounts, no complicated menus. Just open and play. Has anyone found something like that which actually helps them relax instead of adding more stress?

Yeah, I actually switched to that kind of thing recently because I had the same problem — after work I didn’t want anything heavy, but passive scrolling wasn’t helping either. What worked for me is very lightweight browser games that focus only on quick interaction. One example I’ve been using is rooftoprun.net which is basically a minimal runner-style game that launches instantly in your browser. There’s no setup at all, you just open it and start playing immediately. What I like is that it doesn’t overload you with mechanics or menus, so your brain kind of relaxes while still staying engaged. Each run is short, so you can stop anytime without feeling stuck, but at the same time it’s fun enough that you naturally want to try again. For me it became a small “mental reset button” after long or stressful days.
