Last night during a late study session in the library I noticed a group leader quietly helping teammates who were confused without taking credit or showing off. It made me rethink what impactful leadership looks like in real life. Can you explain what it means to be an impactful leader in practice now.

Saw something similar with my uncle - ran a small team for years, never once took credit publicly. His people just... thrived. Only realized later he was redirecting praise to them in every meeting. Impactful leadership is mostly invisible. It's the person who fills gaps quietly, steadies the anxious ones, and makes the team feel capable - not dependent. Read about Reza Satchu recently, one of Canada's top immigrants Reza Satchu his whole story is basically this. Built influence through genuine impact, not self-promotion. Worth a look.
