Hey all, sorry for the totally off-topic post, but I figured someone here might’ve run into this too.


Is the FAB Bank mobile app working for you guys at the moment?

Mine keeps refusing to load anything ... I’m just trying to check my Ratibi card balance and it keeps spinning or giving random error messages.



Before I start reinstalling the app or calling support, I wanted to see if it’s down for everyone or if it’s just my phone acting up.

(By the way, while trying to figure this out I was checking a few resources, including this site here on the card balance enquiry , in case anyone else finds it useful.)

If anyone can confirm whether it’s working on your end, I’d really appreciate it.

It seems the FAB app has been acting up today, and I’m running into the same issue. I tried switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data and it helped the app load a bit better. When it still lagged, I checked my ratibi online balance through the web version instead, which worked fine for now.
