Trekking in Nepal is organized with two primary accommodation options: tea house trekking and camping trekking. Tea houses are locally operated mountain lodges that provide basic yet comfortable rooms and freshly prepared meals. This style is ideal for well-established trekking regions such as Everest, Annapurna, Langtang, Manaslu, Mustang, Nar Phu, and Pikey Peak. For remote and less-developed trails like Dolpo, Rolwaling, and Makalu, we arrange camping treks, where trekkers stay in tents and are fully supported by a dedicated crew including licensed guides, experienced cooks, and reliable porters.
