I need some help figuring out how to import PST into Outlook without any data loss. I recently backed up my old Outlook emails as a PST file and now want to access them on my new system. I tried the manual import method through File > Open & Export > Import/Export, but it seems a bit confusing and time-consuming.

Is there a simpler or automated way to import PST files into Outlook 2019 or Office 365? I’d really appreciate any tips or software recommendations that can make this process faster and safer.

Importing a PST file into Outlook is easy when you follow the proper steps, especially on Windows. From my personal experience, Outlook’s built-in import option works well for basic needs, but it can become slow or problematic with large PST files.

To import manually, open Microsoft Outlook, go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export, select Import from another program or file, and choose Outlook Data File (.pst). Browse and select your PST file, decide how to handle duplicates, choose the destination folder, and click Finish. Outlook will then import all emails, contacts, calendars, and other items.

However, when dealing with large or corrupted PST files, I found that using a professional PST Converter Tool is much more reliable. A trusted solution from BLR Tools helped me import data faster, avoid errors, and ensure complete data accuracy. Overall, combining Outlook’s method with a PST Converter Tool makes the process smooth and stress-free.
