When metal surfaces start showing signs of rust, zinc spray paint is your best defense. It acts like a protective shield, forming a cold galvanizing layer that stops corrosion before it starts. Begin by cleaning the surface with sandpaper or a wire brush to remove any dirt, rust, or grease. Once dry, shake the spray can thoroughly for at least a minute to ensure the zinc particles mix evenly.

Hold the can about 25–30 cm away from the surface and spray in light, even coats. Avoid thick layers—they cause drips. Let each coat dry for 10–15 minutes before applying the next. Once you’ve achieved full coverage, leave it to cure for several hours.

Zinc spray paint doesn’t just protect—it enhances durability and gives metal a clean matte finish. Perfect for gates, pipes, and tools exposed to moisture.
