How can I spend time in Amsterdam with friends in an unusual way?

This is my second trip to Amsterdam, but this time I want to do more than just walk around the city center and visit museums. I want to try something new. I want to have fun and create memorable experiences with my friends. Can anyone suggest some unusual entertainment options besides the standard tours?

I also went to Amsterdam last year, and we specifically looked for something unusual to get away from the standard walks and museums. In the end, we found an option where we could combine a trip around the city with fun socializing with friends - it turned out to be very atmospheric and definitely not like the usual excursions.
