I have a large number of contacts stored in my Lotus Notes NSF file, and I need to convert them to VCF format so I can use them in Outlook and my phone. Can anyone recommend a reliable NSF to VCF converter software? Free or paid, I just need something that works.

Are you experiencing problems getting your contacts from NSF to VCF? A lot of people have this problem when they switch from Lotus Notes or HCL Notes. Most recent apps and mobile devices that use the universal VCF (vCard) format for contacts don't work with the NSF format, which is native to these platforms. Using an experienced software is the easiest and most reliable approach to convert NSF files to VCF files. The GainTools NSF to VCF Converter is a great option if you want a smooth experience. This sophisticated application successfully converts NSF contacts to VCF, ensuring all contact data including names, addresses, phone numbers, and email IDs are retained. You can give this software a try to get the best results for the conversion of the files.

If you want to export contacts from an NSF file to VCF format, my recommendation, you use an offline contact tool like the Softaken Lotus Notes Contacts Converter. This ideal NSF to VCF converter software supports all versions of vCard (2.1, 3.0, 4.0) while keeping all details like phone numbers, email IDs, and addresses. This expert contact converter tool also supports batch contact export. It tool seamlessly runs on all Windows systems and gives a free demo.

You can use a offline NSF to VCF converter software like the WholeClear NSF to VCF Converter. This easy to use tool easily extracts contacts from Lotus Notes NSF files and save them in standard vCard format. You can effectively convert all contacts at the same time, and it supports vCard versions 2.1, 3.0 and 4.0 - which makes it compatible with Android, iPhone, Outlook and other apps. It keeps all contact information such as names, numbers, e -mail addresses, corporate information and even profiles images intact. The best part is that it does not require lotus notes to be installed. It works offline and runs smoothly on Windows systems. If you need to move contacts easily without loss of data, this tool is worth trying. A demo version is also available
