Hello everyone, I’m currently looking into upgrading the drinking water setup in our office and wanted to get some opinions. We’re trying to move away from bottled water and basic coolers and switch to something more integrated into the kitchen space. Ideally, we’d like a single tap that can handle different types of water so people don’t have to use multiple appliances. The office kitchen is shared by quite a few teams, so reliability and ease of use matter a lot. Design is also part of the discussion, since the kitchen is fairly modern and visible to visitors. I’ve come across systems that offer chilled, boiling, and sparkling water from one unit, but it’s hard to judge how practical they are day to day. If anyone has looked into similar setups, I’d be interested to hear how they approached the decision.

I went through something similar when we were reviewing water systems for our workplace. What helped was focusing on brands that specialise specifically in office and commercial environments rather than domestic products. Some of the Aqua Libra systems stood out because they’re designed to deliver multiple water options like chilled, boiling, sparkling, and ambient from a single tap. I also found it useful that these taps are described as being modular, so they can fit into different kitchen layouts without dominating the space. The emphasis on filtration and hygienic water delivery was another important point for us. Reading more about how an aqua libra tap is used in shared office kitchens made it easier to picture how it would work for everyday use. Having everything explained around workplace needs really simplified the decision-making process.

This is a common situation for offices that are trying to modernise shared facilities. Combining different water options into one system can reduce clutter and make kitchens easier to manage. It also changes how people interact with the space, since everything is available from one point. For workplaces with a steady flow of users, consistency and filtration tend to be key considerations. Design often comes into play as well, especially in open or client-facing areas. Overall, discussions like this usually come down to finding a balance between functionality, appearance, and everyday practicality.
