Best Solutions for Permanent Outdoor Branding?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently helping a friend with some guerrilla marketing for his new streetwear brand, and we are looking for something much more durable than standard paper or vinyl. We need stickers that can withstand the weather and are essentially impossible to peel off in one piece by hand.

I’ve heard a lot of talk in the street art community about using custom eggshell stickers because of how they break apart upon removal. Does anyone have experience with a specific printer that offers high-quality destructive vinyl for custom eggshell stickers?

I’ve used custom eggshell stickers for a few projects, and they are honestly a game-changer because they act like an actual eggshell—if someone tries to pick at them, they just flake off in tiny pieces.

For the best durability against sun and rain, make sure you ask the printer for UV-stable inks so the design doesn't fade after a month. There are a few specialized "destructible vinyl" shops online that handle bulk orders, but definitely check their turn-around times.

Has anyone else noticed how much better the adhesion is on textured surfaces with custom eggshell stickers?
