Hi everyone!

I’m looking to add some neutral vases to my shelves for a minimalist and cohesive look. Ideally, something simple in color like beige, white, gray, or soft pastels that can complement various decor styles without overpowering the space.

I prefer ceramic or matte finishes but am open to other materials if they fit the vibe. Does anyone have favorite brands, shops, or specific vase styles that work well for shelf displays? Bonus if they’re budget friendly! Also curious if size or shape tips help balance shelf arrangements.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

For neutral vases, H&M Home, Zara Home, and IKEA are great places to start—affordable with lots of matte and ceramic options in whites, taupes, and soft grays. I also love checking Target’s Hearth & Hand line (by Magnolia) for timeless shapes and finishes. If you're specifically looking for neutral vases for shelves, mixing heights and shapes creates visual balance. Think one tall cylinder, one rounded vase, and maybe a smaller bud vase. Odd numbers (like groups of 3) tend to look most natural on shelves. Leave space around them to avoid a cluttered look.
