Best Deli Containers for Meal Prep and Storage?

Hey everyone!

I'm looking to upgrade my food storage game and need recommendations for reliable deli containers. I use them mostly for meal prepping, storing leftovers, and sometimes freezing soups or sauces.

I’ve seen different sizes and materials (like plastic vs. glass), but I'm not sure which are truly leak-proof, microwave-safe, and durable over time. Also, are there any that stack well without cracking or warping? I'd love to hear what brands or types have worked well for you.

Bonus points if they're dishwasher safe!

Absolutely! For reliable food storage, I highly recommend the Reditainer Extreme Freeze line. They're BPA-free plastic, microwave- and freezer-safe, and hold up well through repeated dishwasher cycles. The lids snap on tightly and are genuinely leak-resistant.

If you prefer a more eco-friendly option, Prep Naturals glass containers are excellent. They’re durable, microwave and oven safe (minus the lids), and the locking lids seal very well. Downsides: heavier and don’t stack as compactly.

When it comes to deli containers, Cambro or DuraHome offer great value—super stackable and durable for everyday use without warping.
