What’s a good gamification platform for motivating users?

Hi guys. I’m looking for a way to keep my community active and engaged. We’ve tried newsletters and challenges, but participation fades quickly. I think gamification might help, like creating missions or progress goals, but I’m not sure what tool would make that easy to manage.
