I’ve been exploring different design approaches lately, and I’m specifically trying to understand natural interior design principles in a deeper and more practical way. I know these concepts focus on using organic materials, earthy tones, natural textures, and creating calming spaces, but I still feel like there’s more to learn. How do professionals apply natural interior design principles in real homes? Are there specific rules or guidelines that beginners should always follow?

I’m also curious whether natural interior design principles overlap with biophilic design, or if they’re considered separate styles with different goals. Do you focus more on sustainability, material selection, or the overall mood when applying them?

Another question I have is: what are the best sources to actually study these natural interior design principles in detail? Are there websites, blogs, or interior designers who explain them clearly with examples or room breakdowns?
