Need AI for making promo video

I need to make a short promo video for my business. Don't wanna organize expensive shoots with cameras, crew, all that hassle. Want to try making it through AI instead. I've seen examples of AI-generated videos and honestly they look pretty decent, neural networks are getting crazy good at this stuff. What AI tool would you guys recommend for this kind of work?
