Kitchen Glow Up Help

We just bought an older house and the kitchen is straight out of 2003. Last weekend I tried baking with my daughter and realized how scratched and stained the counters are. It totally killed the vibe of our little baking day. I want to surprise my family with custom countertops that actually fit the space. Can you recommend a good place to get custom countertops that look modern but still feel cozy?

Oh wow, I feel this. When we moved into our place the kitchen counters were this tired beige laminate that showed every single scratch. One Sunday my son and I were rolling out cookie dough and it kept catching on little chips in the surface. That was my breaking point.
We ended up looking into custom countertops because our layout was a bit awkward too. A neighbor mentioned Edstone after they redid their kitchen, and we checked them out. What I liked was that they actually listened to how we use the space, not just what looks trendy. Now our counters feel modern but still warm, and baking days are fun again instead of frustrating.
