This leads to noisy pipelines and teams slowly losing trust in their test results.
Some newer approaches try to solve this by generating tests from real traffic or observed behaviour instead of manually scripting everything. I recently came across a guide that breaks this down well and focuses more on strategy and real-world challenges rather than just listing tools.
