This happened frequently in my last project — we’d end up with conflicting versions, and fixing them was tedious. We started using a platform with real-time collaboration features, where changes appear instantly for everyone. This allowed team members to work together without creating separate versions. I found on iweee.org that combining such tools with a shared library prevents duplication and confusion. Once we implemented this, edits became seamless, and teamwork improved noticeably. The bonus was that every update was automatically saved, so nothing ever got lost.
