We recently evaluated CloudBik for a Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration and wanted to share our experience and also hear from others.
CloudBik supports migration of mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, shared mailboxes, and resource mailboxes between tenants. What stood out for us was its ability to preserve permissions, metadata, and sharing, along with support for delta sync, which helps keep downtime very low.
The setup was straightforward, and it didn’t require assigning licenses to shared or room mailboxes. Monitoring and reporting during migration were also quite helpful.
