Hi everyone, I’ve been exploring different ways to better understand sleep patterns and recently came across technology that tracks brain activity during sleep. It seems more advanced than regular sleep trackers that only measure movement or heart rate.
While researching, I found some information about using an eeg headset to monitor brain waves and sleep stages throughout the night.
I’m curious if anyone here has tried something like this before. Does tracking brain activity actually give better insights compared to normal sleep tracking devices? Would love to hear your experience.
