I’ve been reading a lot about different cloud setup options lately, but most real-world examples seem to focus on large enterprises with big IT budgets. That made me wonder — is hybrid cloud actually useful for small businesses too, or is it overkill?
For smaller companies, managing both on-prem systems and cloud services can sound complex and potentially expensive. Limited IT staff, maintenance costs, and security concerns could make this approach harder to manage.
On the other hand, hybrid cloud might offer flexibility, better control over sensitive data, and a gradual path to scale without committing fully to the public cloud from day one.
