Many organizations don’t think about email backups until something goes wrong—account corruption, ransomware, or tenant access issues. We learned this the hard way when Outlook failed to sync a large mailbox. The immediate requirement was to save Office 365 emails to desktop for business continuity. Manual methods failed due to mailbox size limitations. The SysInfo Office 365 Backup Software handled the situation effortlessly. It backed up large mailboxes without crashing and retained metadata like To, From, Date, and Attachments. The ability to export emails into readable formats like PDF was extremely useful for legal and management review. Since then, we’ve adopted this tool as part of our regular backup strategy.
