If you’ve ever tried opening a Mac Outlook OLM file in Windows Outlook, you already know it doesn’t work. OLM files are only supported on macOS, while Windows Outlook relies on PST format. This becomes a real problem when switching systems, migrating to Office 365, or accessing old Mac Outlook backups.
After testing manual options like IMAP syncing (which is slow and often incomplete), I found that using a dedicated OLM to PST Converter is the most reliable approach.
