Hello everyone,
I’m currently exploring different Agile estimation techniques to improve accuracy in project planning and delivery timelines. From what I’ve read, techniques like Planning Poker, T-Shirt Sizing, Dot Voting, Bucket System, and the Fibonacci Sequence are widely used in Agile teams. Each has its own advantages depending on team size, complexity of tasks, and the overall sprint planning process.
I’d like to know from this community:
Looking forward to your thoughts!
