To import MSG files into Outlook PST, open Microsoft Outlook and create a new folder to organize your emails. Drag and drop the MSG files directly into this folder. Once all MSG files are added, go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export and choose “Export to a file.” Select PST as the format and save the exported PST file, ensuring all imported MSG emails are included.
