I wanted to share some insights and start a discussion about the 4 Mukhi Nepali Rudraksha, as I’ve recently started wearing it and the experience has been really positive. Since many people here are interested in Rudraksha beads and their spiritual benefits, I thought this might be helpful.
The 4 Mukhi Rudraksha is associated with Lord Brahma, the creator of the universe, and is believed to enhance knowledge, communication, and memory power. What makes the Nepali variety special is that it’s bigger in size, has deeper grooves, and is said to be more effective compared to the Indonesian ones. When I researched, I found that the 4 lines (mukhis) on the bead represent the four Vedas – Rigveda, Yajurveda, Samaveda, and Atharvaveda – which symbolize complete wisdom and learning.
From my personal perspective, after wearing it for a few weeks, I’ve noticed a sense of mental clarity and confidence in expressing myself. I’m someone who often struggles with overthinking and hesitation in speaking, and this bead has helped me feel more balanced.
It is usually recommended to wear it on a Monday after proper energization, chanting the mantra “Om Hreem Namah”. Some wear it in a thread, while others prefer silver or gold capping. I personally wear it on a silk thread around my neck.
