I’m curious if anyone else has struggled with feeling like no matter how hard they push, the day slips away. My mornings feel productive, but by late afternoon, notifications and minor interruptions derail me. I read about an approach that relies on small steps and quiet support rather than constant pressure. Does anyone have firsthand experience with this style? Did it make you more focused or just slower?

I tried it, and instead of dragging through the day, I felt calmer and actually accomplished more. The subtle guidance doesn’t do the work for you, but it removes the mental chaos. Small tweaks, really, but the effect is noticeable and surprisingly refreshing.
